We are a specialist subcontractor. We do one part of the job and we do it to line and spec — the structure your finishes sit on.

LGS Framing
Light-gauge steel partition and ceiling framing, set true to line and ready for board. The skeleton everything else hangs on.

Board Installation
Gypsum board (9mm, 12mm) and superhard board (21mm), clean joints and tight tolerances — left ready for finish by others.

Ceiling Systems
Suspended ceiling grids and panels, including Gyptone perforated acoustic board for halls, lobbies and lecture spaces.

Site Execution
Organised subcontract crews working under general contractors on hotels, universities and high-rise residential.

20年以上にわたり、ケンジロ建装はボードと天井で名を築いてきました。石膏ボード・強化ボード、吊り天井、そして手で撫でたくなるような継ぎ目。大規模な現場で、何でも中途半端にやる会社よりも、この一つを正確にやり切る職人集団でありたい。
